It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good

The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and out, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay on our vacation.

Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep quality, highlighting the lack of sound insulation. We also found the breakfast options somewhat limited, leaving us wanting more variety.

Outstanding breakfast options.

During my stay, the valet service was a disaster. I was told by the valet that management only allowed black or gray cars to be valeted. Additionally, my check-in experience was frustrating. the staff claimed the hotel was fully booked despite having availability on their website, and I was denied a mobility chair due to a baffling policy. This is not the standard of service I anticipated, especially as a long-time member.

Room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen area, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom had great amenities like a shower and complimentary toiletries. Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast had a nice variety with eggs, sausage, and coffee. Location was peaceful, away from the Strip, yet still near dining options.
